Gilroy & Hollister California

A Bit About Me

I was born in Mountain View, California, and raised by my mother and older sister, surrounded by strong female figures who have always guided and inspired me. Growing up with two brothers I cherish dearly, I was always drawn to the strength and beauty of the women in my life. I graduated from Christopher High School in Gilroy, a town I consider my true hometown, even though I now live in Hollister. Gilroy will always have a special place in my heart, and through my art, I seek to reconnect with and give back to the community that shaped me.

For much of my life, I struggled to fit in and truly understand who I was. Art was always something I was naturally good at, but I didn't fully reconnect with it until I was 25, when I hit a low point in my life. During a time when anxiety and depression overwhelmed me, art became my sanctuary. It became more than just a hobby—it was a healing process, a way to express myself when words fell short, and a way to fight through my darkest moments. Through this journey, I realized that art had the power to not only help me heal but also to share my soul with the world, free from judgment. It’s through art that I’ve found a sense of freedom and peace, and that has fueled my passion ever since.

Today, I work across various mediums—pencil, watercolors, acrylics, and digital art—all of which I’ve taught myself over the years. Recently, I’ve embraced digital art and mural painting, where I blend anime and Japanese influences with my Latina roots. The female form, especially the curves and natural beauty of women, is central to my art. I love capturing the sensuality and strength of the human body with softness and fluidity. My work is deeply connected to my personal journey of healing and self-acceptance, and through it, I hope to inspire others who may be struggling to find their voice or connect with their own sense of self.

Through my art, I aim to share my story and celebrate the beauty of feminine strength, cultural identity, and the power of self-expression. Whether through intimate portraits or large-scale murals, I want my work to resonate with others, especially those in my community. Art has saved me, and I believe it has the power to save and inspire others as well. My connection to my hometown of Gilroy is an essential part of this journey, and I’m committed to sharing my art with the people who have shaped me and continue to inspire me every day.
